It’s always bittersweet to say goodbye to a valued member of the West Kootenay Nav-CARE family, and today we bid farewell to someone who has truly made a difference during her time with us.

Josee, our incredible Outreach Coordinator, is moving on to an exciting new role, and while we’ll miss her greatly, we couldn’t be prouder of her next steps.

During the past 6 months with us, Josee brought unmatched energy, creativity, and dedication to her work. She has been instrumental in recruiting volunteers, organizing impactful events, growing our outreach programs and increasing community awareness of our mission.

From the start, Josee had a knack for connecting with people, developing innovative strategies and fostering collaboration among team. 

As Josee embarks on this new chapter in her career, we know she’ll bring the same passion and excellence to her next role as she did here. Though we’re sad to see her go, we’re excited to see all the amazing things she will achieve in the future.
