Toni D'Andrea, Nav-CARE Salmo Coordinator, Goodbye

Thank you for your service Toni.

Today, we say a bittersweet farewell to Toni D’Andrea, our phenomenal Nav-CARE volunteer coordinator in Salmo. Toni is stepping away from her role with West Kootenay Nav-CARE to return to her roots in nursing. While we are incredibly proud of the next chapter she’s embarking on, her absence will leave a void in our hearts and in the Salmo community she served so passionately.

A Legacy of Compassion and Dedication

Toni’s time with Nav-CARE has been marked by her unwavering commitment to improving the lives of seniors and individuals with life-limiting conditions. Her compassionate leadership and vibrant energy have touched countless lives, both within our organization and throughout the community. Toni approached every interaction with kindness and a genuine desire to make a difference, creating meaningful connections and a sense of care that will not soon be forgotten. Whether she was coordinating volunteers, supporting clients, or simply sharing a laugh to brighten someone’s day, Toni brought a unique blend of heart and humor to her role. Her dedication has left a lasting impact, and her efforts have set a shining example for all of us at West Kootenay Nav-CARE.

Gratitude and Best Wishes

Toni, you have been an integral part of the Nav-CARE family, and your contributions will be felt for years to come. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for everything you have done to support our mission and the Salmo community. While we will miss you deeply, we are excited to see all the incredible things you will accomplish in this next chapter.

You will always be part of the Nav-CARE family. Wishing you all the best, Toni!
