Valentina Guarneri, our Nelson Nav-CARE Coordinator and our Funding Specialist has taken the position of Community Connector for Nelson and area. Community Connectors are individuals who facilitate connections between people and resources within their communities. They serve as vital links, helping individuals access support services, programs, and social opportunities tailored to their needs. The role is very similar to Nav-CARE but where Nav-CARE provides services primarily through trained volunteers, Community Connectors provide services to clients directly.
