Valentina, Swiss-Italian born and graduated in Clinical & Community Psychology left Europe following the urge to explore different countries and cultures. Experiencing different ways of life, rhythms and social circumstances changed her perception of the world. She moved to Canada in 2019 and she joined Nav-CARE as the Volunteer Coordinator in Nelson, fulfilling her wish and commitment to be of service to the community. In 2026 she also became the Nelson Community Connector, a new program funded by the United Way.
